Life in prison for Serbian war criminal, Radovan Karadzic

The Judges at the Court of Hague for War Crimes have sentenced war criminal Karadzic to life in prison.
Radovan Karadzic was sentence to 40 years in prison, in 2016, after being found guilty for the Srebrenica Massacre, in 1995.
More than 8000 Muslims, men and women, were killed in 1995 by the Serbian forces, causing the biggest massacre in Europe in many decades.
More than 100.000 people died and 2.2 million others left their homes during the Bosnian War in the years 1992-1995.
