The construction works in the remaining part of the Levan-Tepelene road were blocked by the protests of truck owners.
They have contracts from the winning company for the construction of the road, but they haven’t been paid for 10 months. The truck owners have stopped the vehicles and refuse to make the transport.
There are 150 people involved in this protest, who have paralyzed the work in terrain. The protest was followed by the police.
