Legalization, Lame: Free for constructions of 2009-2014

The Head of the Agency for Legalization of Property, Artan Lame,
declared that the legalization process will be free for whoever has
built from January 2009 to July 2014.

Lame invited citizens to make declarations and added that the free legalization will also be for 21.000 families of former owners who didn’t own their properties.
