Parliamentary Economy Commission that 64% of the tenders and public
procurements have resulted with violations or legal gaps.
“2012 complaints have been deposited during 2012, from which, 320 cases are considered sufficient for starting an investigation”, Qoshja declared.
Altin Qoshja listed some of the main violations that the institutions male with the tenders and public procurements.
“The inability to respect the legal deadlines, the problematic development of the process for valuing the offers and the failure to follow the legal procedures for extremely low offers”, Qoshja specified.
The advocate declared that they have asked the cancellation of the tender for 70 cases, and in 110 other cases they have recommended the reevaluation of the offers and in 140 cases the change of the qualifying criteria.
