The absence of three lawyers made the trial against the Lazarat group to
fail. The Court of Serious Crimes was unable to hold the trial.
These citizens, including Gate Mahmutaj, have resisted and fired weapons against the police operation in Lazarat on June 2014.
The entire group is accused of being part of a criminal group, cultivating cannabis, murder attempt and illegal arm possession.
The next session will be next week.
