Heavy rains have increased the water level of the Seman River.
The water has flooded 250 hectares so far, mostly planted with vegetables. Residents say the damage is enormous.
450 hectares were flooded in the Terbuf area, while residents have secured their cattle.
The main reason for the floods, according to locals, is that that draining canals are not working.
