The property issue does not bring only citizens to court, but also the state structures.
The Albanian Air Force Command are demanding the property right for 170.000 square meters at the Rinas Airport, land that has passed under the administration of the Mother Theresa Airport.
The Air Forces have also sued the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy, and also the ZRPP of Kruje.
This process is being administered by Judge Neritan Cana, and it is about more than 170.000 square meters that are now surrounded with barbed wires and considered military land. On paper, the land belongs to the Airport, not the Air Forces.
The Court has appointed Kajtaz Alikaj to make the measurements, even that of the objects owned by the Armed Forces, which have silently passed under the ownership of the civil airport.
The Court is waiting for the expert to make the measurements and see if there is any superposition.
The process was postponed to May 2nd by a court order.
