Kukes Municipal Council: “Toll fee price not negotiable for us either. No dialogue with government without releasing protesters”

For the Municipal Council, the removal of this fee is also not negotiable.

The Council stated that besides the fee, their other condition is that of releasing the persons who were arrested and stop making other arrests.

“No effort for dialogue will be taken in consideration without having all of these people released”, the Municipal Statement declared.
