The former Minister Spiro Ksera has been in prison for the past four months, waiting for his trial.
The Prosecution completed the investigation that accuses Ksera of power abuse.
Six other defendants will be investigated with Ksera, former dependants and former high-level officials. The Prosecution accuses them of forging activities for the Roma and senior citizens, to embezzle 30 million ALL from the budget.
Ksera has faked documents have shown that the senior citizens residing at the home for the elderly were taken to museums and hotels.
Fictive documents show the realization of a drama for the Roma community, together with the production of 5000 invitations and 3000 posters which were registered as an activity for the blind.
