“Ksera” case, 11 persons under investigation

The Prosecution is investigating 11 persons related to the theft of 30
million ALL from the Ministry of Labor and Social Matters, when it was
led by Spiro Ksera, today under arrest over power abuse.
Sources from the Prosecution of Tirana say that three former officials of this Ministry are under investigation for passing funds without the documentation that proved the realization of these activities.
The names are not made public yet, but the Court has already left former Minister Ksera in prison, together with his dependent, Artevis Mene. Two other women taken under custody were released with the obligation to appear in court.
Three others are on the run and a fourth one is already in prison for another crime.
