Kosovo, Thaçi “surrenders†to Pacolli

The Democratic Party of Kosovo declared in a press release that an
agreement has been reached for the coalition with the Alliance for the
New Kosovo Party.
Sources from the Alliance for the New Kosov (ANK) said for Top Channel that the Prime Minister agreed with the requests of Pacolli, who demanded additional competences in diplomacy and foreign investments attraction.
The head of the new ministry that is being created, the Ministry of Diaspora, will be Ibrahim Makolli. According to the DPK press release, ANK will also receive another ministry.
These results were made public after the meeting of the new Kosovo government, where Mr. Pacolli was not present. Vice Prime Minister, Hajredin Kuçi, tried to clarify the composition of the new government which currently has several Vice Prime Ministers.
The government meeting also decided the deviation of the highway Vermice-Pristina-Merdara. The Kosovo government decided that the highway will avoid the tunnels of Qafë Duhla and will continue towards Malisheva.
Prime Minister Thaçi said that this deviation saves 350 million Euros to the Kosovo budget. The Kosovo government also decided to change the law for the rights of communities, defining the Croatians and the Montenegrins as ethnical groups that have permanently lived in Kosovo.
