Kosovo authorities have removed the reciprocity measures against Serbia, giving the green light to the Serbian goods in Kosovo.
The news came from the Kosovo Minister of Trade and Industry, Mimoza Kusari Lila for “REL”.
According to Lila, the first Serbian truck has entered Serbia, and in the next days are expected other movements from both sides.
“We have constant contact with the local businesses, and the first truck is expected to cross the border today or tomorrow”, Lila declared.
“This way, the agreement reached on September 2nd between Kosovo and Serbia is being implemented”, the Minister declared.
The implementation of the September 2nd agreement is the objective of the operation that was undertaken today by the Kosovo government for taking under control the border checkpoints 1 and 31.
