
Kosovo Security Council held an urgent meeting, called by the Prime Minister Hashim Thaçi, as chairman of this Council.
According to the official press release, the meeting addressed to the current political and security situation by analyzing the latest legal actions of the Kosovo Government, in order to implement reciprocity measures against Serbia and for establishing law and order in the entire Kosovo territory.
The Security Council approved the following recommendations for the Kosovo Security Agencies.
“Kosovo Security Council considers that the actions undertaken by Kosovo Security Agencies in the northern part of the country, for the implementation of reciprocity trade measures with Serbia and for establishing law and order in the entire Kosovo territory, are totally legal and in full accordance with the Constitution and Kosovo laws”, says the press release.
The Kosovo Security Council asked all Security Agencies to closely coordinate their activities for guaranteeing the establishment of law and order in the entire country.
