Kosovo Police stops Serbian officials from entering Kosovo without permission

The Kosovo Police took many police forces today in Jarinje, to stop the entrance of two Serbian officials, Alexandar Vulin and Marko Djuric.

“The Kosovo Police implemented the order of the Foreign Minister to stop the visit of Serbian officials Vulin and Djuric. The Serbian officials opposed the official decision of Kosovo’s authorities that did not allow they entrance, and stated that they would still carry out their visit in Northern Mitrovica”, the announcement says.

The Kosovo Police announced that they engaged the necessary police forces which will act based on the law, following the Kosovo Foreign Ministry order.

The Police appeals citizens to not fall prey to disinformation and reiterated that they are dedicated to implement the rule of law and offer their service to all citizens of Kosovo, regardless of their ethnicity.
