The three MPs of the Self-Determination Movement were released one day after they were arrested in Prishtina.
The Spokesperson of the Court of Appeal told Kosovo media that Kurti and Kadaj-Bujupi received house arrest, while Haxhiu was left free.
The members of the Self-Determination Movement were arrested for not appearing at court, in which they are being tried for throwing tear-gas canisters during a parliamentary session in 2016.
This happened last year, when the Self-Determination Movement MPs and other opposition parties tried to stop the Parliament from ratifying the border demarcation with Montenegro and Association of Serbian Communes.
