The Kosovo opposition parliamentary groups have submitted a complaint at
the Constitutional Court against the Constitutional amendments for the
creation of the Special Court.
Self-Determination Movement MP, Albulena Haxhiu, said that their argument is that they have opposed how the amendment has been processed. They say it has failed to fulfill the parliamentary procedures and the regulation, or even the content of the amendment itself.
The Kosovo opposition, although they don’t trust the credibility of the Constitutional Court, appeal them to take a righteous decision in the 60-day deadline.
