The relations between IMF and Kosovo government seem to be in deep crisis.
IMF clarifies that the current agreement is a monitoring agreement, which does not require approval from IMF executive board and does not contain any financial aid for Kosovo from this institution.
Experts say that Kosovo government has lost 156 million Euros for this year, has endangered integration processes and has given a negative signal to investors.
The bad relations with IMF happened after Kosovo government decided that from 156 million Euros, 60 should be used for wage increase.
However, IMF officials declared that there is a new agreement under process expected to be signed between Kosovo and the most important financial institution.
