Former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Skender Hyseni doesn’t believe in
the strategy of international recognition of Kosovo independence.
The Former Minister confirms that the lobbing process remains difficult, while he considers the efforts of Deputy Prime Minister Behxhet Pacolli as useless, according to Telegraf.
“Many departments are dealing with this issue, but this is not enough for believing that the efforts for convincing as many states possible to recognize Kosovo independence must be a priority of our country”, Hyseni declares.
