Kosovo Constitutional Court rules for the Border Demarcation Agreement

The Self-Determination Movement had made a request at the Constitutional Court against the law for the Border Demarcation with Montenegro.

The ruling of the Court says that it doesn’t go against the Constitution of Kosovo.

The Self-Determination Movement had argued in their request that the agreement violates the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Kosovo.

The law was ratified in March 21^st and it is expected to make way for the visa liberalization, since it was one of the conditions that the EU had set to Kosovo.
