The electoral campaign was closed by Friday midnight, but this has not
stopped political parties and their candidates to violate the law and
appeal their voters to go to the polls.
This has been registered in Korca, where a SMS is circulating, telling people to vote the Democratic Party candidate, Gjergji Mero.
“Don’t forget the pressures, the imprisonments of CEZ, corruption, lies and arrogance. Vote Gjergji Mero. Vote the Democratic Party”, says the SMS sent probably through a computer network, since the sender is unknown.
Similar messages have been reported in Elbasan, Kamza and even Tirana.
