The investments of the District’s Council for 2012 in korce have been
blocked, due to the local units’ failure to pay the 3.5% obligation.
According to the data, many of the local units have not paid the annual obligation. Due to this delay, 210 employees have not been paid for the last five months.
According to the Finance Directory data, the grants of these units will be blocked, not only for the communes, but also for the municipalities.
From the 37 local units in Korce, the most problematic are those of Pogradec, Devoll, Erseka and Voskop.
According to the data, from 7.8 million ALL, only 1.5 million have been collected.
