The Court of Serious Crimes has sentenced Klement Balili to 15 years in prison, but he will serve only 10, after the Court accepted his request for accelerated trial.
Balili is accused of drug traffic in cooperation with the organized crime. As defensive declaration, he said only one sentence: “I haven’t committed any criminal violation in my life”.
Theodhori Sollaku, his lawyer, demanded for him to be declared innocent, claiming that there is no evidence involving his client in the drug traffic.
