The parents of the high school students in Kamza are complaining against
a decision taken by this school that doesn’t allow the children at
school if the parents have not paid the municipality taxes, and they
have asked the children about their voting centre.

The Socialist Party MP, Ledi Shmaku, declared that they will sue the Ministry of Education and the Mayor of Kamze for this law violation.

“Every student registered at the Kamza Municipality, must declare the voting centre of their parents and the number of adults in the family. They must bring a certificate and must have paid all municipality taxes. This Mayor, in cooperation with the Minister, are letting the children outside the school, if their parents have not paid the taxes. Myqerem Tafaj must be careful, because his criminal file is getting thicker. I am committed on behalf of the Socialist Party that he will answer in front of the law”, declared the Socialist MP, Ledi Shmaku.

“We will report all his flagrant violations against the community, with the harshest possible way”, declared Pjerin Ndreu, Socialist leader for the Tirana branch.

The Kamza residents expressed their revolt because there has been no investment at the schools, while they have been asked to pay all remaining taxes.
