At a time when pandemic in our country have changed the course of life, the same thing is happening with the High Judicial Council, which will convene today on how to proceed with the suspended justice system.
Top Channel’s Anila Hoxha reports that the meeting of the HJC will focus on 3 points; the first is whether the suspension will continue or not and whether it will continue only with emergency cases.
The second is whether it will be partially opened, and this is the most deabted point, as it is expected to decide whether the HJC personnel will go to offices or will work online.
And point 3 is the adoption of a regulation on which the HJC will operate at this time of pandemic.
A day ago, a pendemic related regulation seen by Top Channel was drafted, which is expected to be approved by a 5-member ad hoc commission with the assistance of international bodies Euralius and Usaid.
