Justice Ministry and HCJ cooperation

The Ministry of Justice and the High Council of Justice will cooperate
for not having a superposition of their work in the inspection made to
the judiciary.

The Justice Minister, Eduard Halimi, and the HCJ vice chairman, Elvis Cefa, signed a cooperation memorandum for avoiding superpositions of competences between the two institutions. Minister Halimi has shown the details of this memorandum.

According to Halimi, this correspondence doesn’t mean bureaucracy, since the digital systems that are working in the judiciary will realize this online communication in real time. The memorandum was evaluated by the HCJ vice chairman, Elvis Cefa, who thanks the assistance of the international institutions that assist the reformation of the judiciary in Albania.
