The first session of the former Durres judge, Neritan Tabaku, stared with a postponement.

Different from the other dozens cases when courts are adjourned because one of the parties are absent, in Tabaku’s trial were missing all of them. Only some journalists were present, who were notified by police officers that the process was postponed and there was no reason for the media to enter.

Judge Bujar Krasniqi was not present because he was occupied with other trials. The defensive lawyer filed a request to postpone the trial, but the reasons are unknown. The Prosecutor received information about the absence of the other parties and left the room immediately.

The next session will be held on February seventh. Neritan Tabaku is accused of failing to file the explanatory arguments by allowing one defendant to stay free and murder a chief of police.
