The high unemployment levels have affected mostly the young people, who
have used the job opportunities offered by eight different subjects that
were present in the “Open Windows” job fair.
Many of the young visitors applied at the companies that operate in bankng, emdical, media and production categories, in order to have a real employment opportunity.
The fair has offered opportunities for the qualified young members who were unable to get integrated with the job market even after graduating, and even for those who want to qualify and start a new profession.
The job fairs are considered as efficient practices for the employment policies, in function of the demand and offer of the job market, and for decreasing unemployment, but most of the job seekers are unable to find any job.
