Jeremic: EU and Cooper responsible for the situation

The Serbian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Vuk Jeremic, blamed the
European Union and the EU mediator, Robert Cooper, for postponing the
final dialogue round between Kosovo and Serbia. According to him, this
vacuum has urged Kosovo Albanians to destabilize the situation in
Northern Kosovo.
The head of the Serbian diplomacy addressed to the UN General Secretary for gathering the Security Council, but the request was refused.
Jeremic also accused Kosovo Special Police for crossing Iber river without the permission of the European Union, and for conducting extreme acts by attacking and arresting Serbian civilians.
