The Danish Ambassador in Tirana, Mr. Karsten Jensen, whose country will take
over the next EU Presidency, declared that he supports the Prosecution
and its investigation, by valuing its impartiality and professional
work.
During a meeting with the Prosecutor General, Ina Rama, he declared that every institution has the obligation to work independently, based on the rules, and out of any interference, in order to guarantee the rule of law.
According to the General Prosecution Press Office, in the meeting between the Danish Ambassador Jensen and the Prosecutor General, Ina Rama, were discussed specific cases that the Albanian justice has to deal with, the full and complete investigation of different processes, such as those related with January 21st, the transparency and the effectiveness in judging.
