The trial session in which the three ballistic experts would be questioned for the murders of January 21st has failed.
The court was adjourned due to the absence of the lawyer of defendant Ndrea Prendi, Genc Gjokutaj. Prendi declared that the experts could not be questioned without his lawyer.
The experts were summoned by request of the defensive lawyers of the defendants. Their testimony is considered very important as regards the main object of this trial.
The Prosecution has the testimonies of the three US experts for the January 21st events, where four opposition protesters were killed in front of the Prime Minister’s Office. The testimony of the experts has raised a lot of interest.
