The last day of February didn’t bring any solution for the January 21st
case, a date for which the public had not been informed at all.
The Press Office at the Supreme Court confirmed that the “January 21st” case would have a solution within February 2016.
But the Criminal College led by Edmond Ismalaj has not decided what to do with the Prosecution’s complaint, if it will pass for trial or if the Court of Appeal’s decision for Ndrea Prendi and Agim Llupo would stay in effect.
The Supreme Court explains that the college is still reviewing it. The President of the Supreme Court, Xhezair Zaganjori, has said twice in public that the file is about to be resolved.
