Although more than 12 hours have passed since the Supreme Court issued
the order for returning to prison the National Guard officer Sadik Cela
for other 10 days, accused for the January 21st opposition protesters
killings, this court order has not been executed and Cela was not sent
at Prison 313.

The General Prosecution confirmed that the prosecutors have not received the decision of the Penal College, which would give the Prosecution the right to order police arrest the National Guard officer.

Tirana Police also declared that there is no decision that would make them arrest another suspect for the January 21st case.

But in other similar cases, the Supreme Court usually acts by giving the disposition directly to the Prosecutor, without waiting for the argumentation.

No one has given official information about what is happening and why the court decision is not being implemented.

However, Sadik Cela will join for ten days Agim Llupo, the other National Guard officer who is serving time in prison, both of them accused of killing the opposition protesters of January 21st demonstrations.
