Jahjaga: Looking forward to reconciliation with Serbia

Kosovo President, Atifete Jahjaga, declared in the European leaders’
summit in Warsaw that she is looking forward the day when Kosovo and
Serbia will become friendly countries.
Jahjaga declared that Kosovo has good relations with most of its neighbors and is committed to turn a new page for their relations with Serbia.
“Different to the past, Kosovo and Serbia are now neighbors and one day must become friends. This is our future and I am looking forward to that day”, Jahjaga declared.
The head of the state admitted that her country faces many challenges ahead, like the rule of law, which are consequences of a long transition and delayed independence.
