Italian “drug airplane” pilot to serve sentence in Italy

The Court of Serious Crimes accepted the request of the Italian pilot, Giorgio Riformato, to serve his sentence in Italy.

Riformato is sentenced to 12 years in prison after his airplane crashed in the Divjaka beach, transporting cannabis.

Six other persons were also found guilty, who received a total of 47 years in prison.
