the Directory of Rural Roads in Shkoder started the investigations for
power abuse, after 11 French tourists were left blocked in snow near the
Theth tourist area.

According to the police, this citizen has not taken the necessary measures to maintain and unblock the Qafe Thore – Theth area, where 11 French citizens were blocked last week.
