Nearly a year after the special operational group made the arrest in a former area of block, the capital prosecution closed the investigations on Gjergj Tushaj and his two accomplices who had helped him to forge documents in order evade justice, wanted by the Italian police.

In the request for trial, prosecutor Antoneta Sevdari tells the court that the fugitive, Gjergj Tushaj forged the documents together with judicial police officer, Alexander Kolmarku and citizens Bardhok Gjini, as well as with other unidentified persons.

The story begins in the summer of 2012-s, when the Italian state, through a letter, asked the prosecutor general to verify certain documents issued by the state institutions for the defendant Gjergji Tushaj, previously named Gjok Tushaj, convicted by the state of kidnapping, sexual assault and sexual exploitation.

But despite this final decision, through his lawyer, Tushaj filed in Monza’s court documents showing that over the years for which he is charged, he was employed at Laç copper plant, then was admitted to Military Hospital in Tirana and is equipped with a class C driver’s license from the Department of Transport.

The investigation concludes that all these documents are forged in order to stop the extradition of fugitive, because Tushaj was never employed by the plant, has never been in the Military Hospital and has never been taken the licence.
