The Prosecution of Serious Crimes Investigated seven persons, including Juljan Sinani, suspected of being a hired assassin.
While Julian Sinani, the man suspected of committing six murders, gave his final confession for crimes that have shocked the country, another Prosecutor of the Serious Crimes has interrogated his collaborator, Ndricim Gjoka, who used the underground tunnels to go at the Court and face Sinani.
Prosecutors asked the former Democratic MP, Ardian Kollozi, since the exlposion in Vlore was confessed by Julian Sinani, saying that he did it by order of the Mehillaj cousins, in exchange of 7500 EUR. It is still unknown what declaration has given Mr.Kollozi about this case, who is the person that suffered the attack.
Prosecutors say that seven other people will be sent at the Constitutional Court, suspected for attempted terrorist acts.
Sinani is accused of being a hired assassin. Ndricim Gjokona is accused as his helper, the man who secured the weapons and dynamite, together with Alban Mexhaj, who had sold two guns to Sinani. The cousins Andon and Genis Mehillaj are accused of ordering the crimes. Genis Mehillaj is still on the run.
Ilir Karcini and Marjon Mitro are also accused of ordering the crime. The first one because he had ordered the elimination of a businessman, and the second because he had ordered the explosive under the vehicle of the former Vlore Prefect, Besnik Dervishi.
The Prosecution says that the investigations will continue for other people who have ordered Sinani to commit murders.
