Investigating Moubarak’s money

The Tirana Prosecution has sent an order to the money transfer agencies,
tax offices and transportation directories to gather information that
will help in investigating 125 persons required by the Egyptian justice
authorities.
These are the family members and close people to the former Egyptian president, Hosni Moubarak, accused of corruption. A source from the Prosecution declared for Top Channel that together with this decision they sent a request approved by the Penal Court for a further freezing of these assets if the case will demand.
Together with the request was sent a list of names that will be verified if they have assets in our country, starting from President Hosni Moubarak; his wife, Suzan Saleh Sabet and his children.
After the family members come the names of the Prime Minister, the former Minister of Finances, the former Interior Minister, the former Minister of Trade and Industry and other people related to them.
The Prosecution confirms that there is no specific answer yet, due to the long list of names sent by the Curt of Cairo for seizing the assets in case they will be identified in Albania.
The Albanian court says that the former President Moubarak, in cooperation with a series of high rank officials, might have abused with the public funds in his country. The Albanian Court says that according to the recommendation from Egypt, president Moubarak is also suspected of having abused with oil and gas.
