National Chamber of Intermediation is another structure that aims to
help the citizens for resolving their conflicts and disagreements
outside the court.
In the opening ceremony of this chamber was present the Minister of Justice, Eduard Halimi, and representatives from the USAID that have helped the establishment of this structure.
Halimi declared that the establishment of the Intermediation Chamber is another fact for the concrete realization of the justice reform.
The Ministry licensed 24 out of 64 candidacies, who have received the title of legal intermediators. The establishment of the National Intermediation Chamber comes a few time after the opening of another structure that helps the citizens, such as that of free legal advice.
