The robberies and violent acts on the streets by teenagers has led psychologists to the conclusion that our society is being shocked in its foundations.

According to them, some of the causes are absence of the state institutions, the crisis in families, schools and general social life.

Most of these teens have come from rural areas to big cities and are facing big changes within their age groups.

RBA reacts strongly

The leader of the Red and Black Alliance, Kreshnik Spahiu, referred to the increasing crime against the human life as a severe problem and that the RBA will apply strong measures to reduce criminality, by using taxative punishments for the murderers and hte planning of a strategy for collecting the illegal weapons that many people still have.
