The New Democratic Spirit Party, which is represented in Parliament by Gazmend Oketa, was not invited again. It remains to be seen the position of the opposition parties about this issue, while the majority has clearly expressed it stance about Ina Rama’s mandate.

After meeting the experts for the energy situation in the country, the Socialist leader, Edi Rama, mentioned the General Prosecutor issue.
“The Socialist Party met with the Albanian President to remind him that he is not a Berisha’s minister anymore. The answer that we received is clear. Our stance, same as that of the international partners, is that the Prosecutor cannot be discharged before 23 May 2013. This would destroy the institutional order in the country”, Rama declared, adding that the Prime Minister aims to grab the last independent institution in teh country so that he can manipulate the elections in the next year.
Rama mentioned the issue of the Fier Councilors, the voting of the laws that are required for the candidate status, for which the opposition’s vote is needed.
The opposition leader read the court’s verdict for the Fier court, which according to him finds Berisha’s proposition for a confidentiality motion as unconstitutional.
Rama accused Berisha of not being interested on Albania’s integration, but the power, and that Fier is being used to cover the failure with the EU candidate status.
