The doctors must be careful when communicating with the patients and their behavior with them.
The patients have reported rude behavior, arrogance and bad language during their visit. According to the Health Insurance Institution director, Elvana Hana, there have been reports for wrong diagnosing, and not simply because a human error.
“Unethical language and behavior towards the patient has been used for many years. There have been cases when patients have been inadequate medicaments, against the protocols. These cases have been reported at the Doctor’s Order, but naturally, these are sporadic cases, based on a cooperation memorandum through letters that we have sent in institutional ways”, Hana declared.
The cooperation memorandum penalizes doctors even by revoking their licenses.
