Linda Rama: Between Family, Work and Albania’s Future The Defense Minister, Arben Imami, declared for the media that the
opposition’s accusations for spying them and the foreign diplomats do
not stand, same as the accusation for arms traffic.
“There are no such things. For every element that is connected with the confidentiality and secrecy, we will need a Commission with trusted people who can take vows for the secret in a joint declaration. Te draft is ready and we can verify that we don’t work in this direction, but we work against terrorism with our army in the NATO. We don’t have other capacities. As regards the provocations that diplomats have been spied too, this is not good. We are not in the time of the Warsaw Tractate, but this is a second bubble that will blow”, Imami declared.
The today’s meeting at the Security Commission continued with harsh debates.
