The Prosecution General declared that the case of the former Minister of
Defense belongs to the task-force unit of the Tirana Prosecution.
Prosecution sources say that the former Minister is accused of power abuse and violation of tender equality. But if all elements are proven, and if the suspects are verified, his case will return to the Prosecution General.
In this case there are reports for four former dependents of the former Minister, the Director of DRSHM, Shkelqim Berisha; the advisor for the media, Nentor Beqja, the Director of the Culture Center and Publishing of the Defense, Sokol Neziraj, and the head of Logistics at QKMB, Nilka Sina.
The case is about the abuses with the TV spots from this ministry, broadcasted in two national televisions.
