One week after the Peruvian media reported the arrest of Manuel Augusto
Blacker Miller in Albania, Peruvian Former Foreign Minister and part of a
coup, new details come to light about how he was able to enter our
country, although he was a fugitive wanted by the Peruvian justice.

Socialist MP Erjon Brace says on Facebook that Prime Minister Sali Berisha has stayed silent in a very compromising way. Referring to some data secured by the airport system, Brace says that Miller has entered Albania on 10 September 2012 from Rome, at 12:31, through the “Alitalia” airline, with passport number 4698977-PE.

Brace says that the system shows that Miller has never left Albania.

The Albanian Interior Ministry declared that there was no arrest order from Interpol.

Erjon Brace claims that he has the arrest order released on 2004, and he has published on Facebook its protocol number which is AW0000200001920 AV.13-2004.

Brace says that there is a Peruvian court order issued on 22 August 2009. The Albanian Interior Ministry announcement says that Interpol Tirana has not arrested the Peruvian former Foreign Minister.

Brace says that Interpol Tirana, with document 1611/KL, with protocol number 157/2012, dated 4 October 2012, has declared this person a fugitive, after receiving an international arrest order sent by the Peruvian state to Interpol Tirana, Av.13-2004. This citizen was accused by the Peruvian Court for crime against constitutional order, rebellion and aggression, based on article 346 and 152 of the Peruvian Penal Code. “If the Police find this person, they should urgently notify Interpol Tirana”, the document says.
