The Court of Tirana left in prison the Director of Police Operational
Forecs, Artion Duka, and Specialist Entiol Xhelilaj, both accused of
power abuse and of obstructing the truth.
The effectives told the court that they have committed no crime, and made no spying surveillances.
The investigations started for the illegal surveillance of the State Police brought to the suspension of the General Director, Haki Cako, and the arrest of two of his dependants.
Right after this verdict, the Prosecutors of Tirana seized computers and materials from the Police.
