The Deputy Minister of Education, Nora Malaj, confirmed that for the
first time after eight years, the high school graduation test has been
administered well and there have been no interventions from politics.
“This is the first time after eight years that we have no interventions from the heads of communes, Parliament Members or prefects. Is happening what Minister Lindita Nikolla declared: schools need to be kept far from politics”, Malaj declared.
“The high-school graduate students will undergo five tests, and the selections of subjects will be made based on results, according to the requests in universities”, Malaj declared.
The high-school graduation test will undergo essential changes, since it will serve for closing tests, not for entering universities.
