The High Council of Justice held an extraordinary meeting to decide
about filing a lawsuit against the Minister of Interior, Saimir Tahiri.

The press release says that Tahiri is being sued for what the HCJ considers as unacceptable offenses and threats launched by the Interior Minister against Judge Arjan Aliaj.

Judge Arjan Aliaj was criticized by the Interior Minister and the Prime Minister after he issued an order for suspending the General Chief of Police, Haki Cako, and left two officers of the Operational Forces in house arrest regarding the spying equipment issue.
