A helicopter crashed today in a deep mountain area of Berat, while the Italian pilot has miraculously escaped.
Police declare that the helicopter served to transport oil material to a company and it was flying very law until it crashed against a hill in the Terpan village.
Police say that the pilot has received light wounds. He has been transported initially to the Berat hospital and then to the Tirana Military Hospital. Police say that an investigation team is studying the cause of the crash.
