The hydro-energetic situation in Drin has improved after the recent precipitations.
The Energy Corporation (KESH) reported that the energy reserve is 116 GW/h than on November 28th, when rains started.
The water level at the Fierza hydropower plant is 273.16, 5 meters higher than before the rain, as the water keeps flowing with 1000 cubic meters per second.
The Koman and Vau i Dejes power plants are working at full capacity. Besides the energy taken by the Transmission System Operator, for domestic consumption, KESH has avoided to discharge water without production, and has exchanged electricity with the Kosovo Energy Corporate, depositing 26500 MW/h and selling 58,000 MW/h in the unregulated market.
